Administration and bookkeeping is charged at an hourly rate of £25 per hour.  Anyone retaining my services for more than 20 hours per month will attract a 10% discount 

Property management is a flat rate of 8.5% of the monthly rent for each property under management.  With fixed fees for finding tenants.
